Leo provides all of his clients with access to his list of preferred vendors to make sure your property has the best presentation. This list of vendors includes: general contractors, staging companies, painters, flooring specialists, electricians, and more.

Marketing Your Property

Your property listing will be listed on thousands of real estate websites using the Multiple Listing Service (MLS). It is essential to dedicate the right amount of time and effort to make the listing excellent and appealing to buyers viewing the property. Leo provides his clients a professionally designed and printed brochure showcasing their property. We include plenty of exposure on several digital advertising platforms including Google, Facebook, Zillow, Trulia, Instagram and many others to make sure we guide serious buyers to our featured properties.

Open Houses and Agent Tours

We find that open houses offer buyers a chance to see the property first-hand and see the property in the best light. We will provide staging and use our preferred vendor list to make sure the house is setup properly for these events. We have also found that offering fellow agents  an opportunity to view our newest listings at the weekly real estate caravan and offer them a chance to view the property before presenting it to clients.
