I started in real estate in 2004 in Chandler Arizona, where I had a great mentor that taught me well. Early in my career I was exposed to all sorts of transactions, from being a Buyers Agent, Sellers Agent, Relocation, VA Buyers Agent (90% of my transactions), Foreclosures, Notice of Sale, Notice of Default, Short Sales, RCFE (Residential Care Facility for Elderly). My experiences are broad, I’ve been in all sorts of markets and experienced in everything in real estate. I have a great deal of experienced in RCFE ( Residential Care Facility for Elderly), I have opened and currently own RCFE facilities in Arizona and California.

I specialize in Downtown San Diego; I’m knowledgeable on demographics and knowing the new developments is a key to finding the right investments.

I have a great reputation with our Armed Forces, especially the US Navy, my referrals span from Imperial Beach all the way to Camp Pendleton. Partnering with a top notch VA Lender we work to close 100% of our escrows and save our clients money.

I’ve been married to my wife for 20 years and we have two amazing, athletic boys. We currently reside in East County of San Diego as we love having more land and nature surrounding us.
